JF622, LLC is a 622-acre section in Kingman, AZ. The site was farther subdivided into 16 lots of 36 acres or larger, We provided master planning, design, and field surveying services for the entire site.

Two 640-acre sections in Outside Hackberry, Arizona. The sites were originally subdivided in 1954 with 256 lots of 2.5-acres for one section and 512 lots for the other section. Provided layout design for 250+ lots requiring re-creating the entire subdivision for the layout of the lots.
