Project: Lake Mead ISP #2 Connector Tunnel
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Completion: Spring 2010
Estimated Construction Cost: $30 Million
Two-year project that involves drill and blast excavation of a 380-foot-deep, 22-foot-diameter shaft in hard rock as well as excavation of a 570 LF modified horseshoe tunnel 16 feet high by 14 feet wide. Also included are installation of a complex isolation gate, guides and electrically driven gate hoist; installation of 24-inch steel potable water pipe; construction of a concrete masonry unit building with removable roof; installation of a titanium chemical feed line and distribution ring; and marine modification to an existing intake, including a new plug, manhole cover, and rock deflector in water up to 180 feet deep. Associated Marine work included locating concrete platform 110' below water surface.
Project: Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area
Location: Clark County, NV
Completion: Summer 2010
Estimated Construction Cost: $23 Million
The current visitors center will be refurbished and used for staff offices and support services.
The indoor part of the new center is the arrival building, which, at 2,000 square feet, has traditional exhibits. It also will house a gift shop and restrooms.
The outdoor portion takes a creative approach and doesn't cut up exhibits into the usual categories, like geology, cultural history, flora and fauna. Instead, the focus is the elements of nature: Earth, air, fire and water.
Project: Indian Springs Prison
Location: Indian Springs, NV
Completion: Spring 2010
Estimated Construction Cost: $45 Million
Expansion to the existing Indian Springs correctional facility. The project included 6 new buildings, about a mile of roadways throughout the site. Provided construction staking for the 40-acre project.
Project: Centennial Hill Community Center
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Completion: July 2007
Estimated Construction Cost: $36 Million
Construction of Nevada largest municipal community center/aquatics complex in the City of Las Vegas. The project includes approximately 98,385 square feet of building space, two indoor swimming pools and two outdoor swimming pools, outdoor amenity areas, site work, off-site work, utility work, and complete right-of-way improvements for the re-alignment of Deer Springs Way. The project site is on approximately 20.5 acres of BLM owned land, under lease to the City of Las Vegas.

Creation of new park in the Art District of downtown Las Vegas. Features include monument sign work, water features.
Project: Buchanan Natatorium swim facility at the UNLV Campus
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Completion: January 2010
Estimated Construction Cost: $5.5 Million
The facility features a new locker room for the Rebels. The pool goes from seven- to 14-feet deep, whereas the old one was only four feet.
Project: Wetlands Park Visitor Center Building
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Completion: April 2012
Estimated Construction Cost: $35.5 Million
The new center is approximately 30,000 square feet with an additional 15,000 square feet of decking. The decking is designed to give an elevated platform to look down on the wetlands. The areas the decks overlook have no nearby trails
Project: NW Transportation Center
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Completion: Junel 2012
Estimated Construction Cost: $20.5 Million
The Work consists of a new Bus Maintenance Facility for the Clark County School District, Clark County, Nevada. Project includes a new multi-bay maintenance building, administrative offices, adjacent bus wash, fueling island, bus parking, employee parking, and off-site improvements.
